The National Motor Freight Traffic Association, Inc., (NMFTA) a nonprofit membership organization headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, is seeking qualified applicants for the staff position of
Client Support Representative. NMFTA’s mission is simple: Promote, advance, and improve the welfare and interests of the motor carrier industry. We do this through research, education, lobbying and developing industry standards and best practices. Our goal is to have the most informed membership to not only grow profitably, but efficiently run operations and protect against new challenges resulting from the digital era.
We are looking for a dedicated support professional who is genuinely enthusiastic about assisting customers. The ideal candidate will possess patience, empathy, and strong communication skills. They should enjoy engaging with others and recognize the importance of effective communication.
As a Client Support Representative (CSR), you will serve as a vital link between NMFTA and our customers. Responsibilities include managing incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries, as well as providing comprehensive product support. You will also be responsible for identifying and addressing customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
The Client Support Representative will handle questions and promptly resolve any issues that may arise with accuracy and efficiency. The primary objective is to deliver excellent service and uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction.
